Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I purchased a Classic Car Model, a '57 Chevy, and the craftsmanship is really impressive. The wood finish is smooth, and it feels substantial. It shipped pretty quickly, but the box had a small dent on one corner when it arrived. Luckily, the model itself was fine thanks to the good internal packaging. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, though. Overall, a good experience and a nice addition to my collection, but maybe they could reinforce external packaging a bit more.
